Ad Lightning can programmatically sync orders, line items and creative IDs to your existing GAM instance with read-only access to your account. Simply follow the steps below to enable access.
Step 1: In the left rail, navigate to the 'Admin' menu.
Step 2: Under 'Admin,' select 'Global settings.' (Once in 'Global settings', make sure you're under the 'Network settings' tab at the top.)
Step 3: Ensure the 'API access' toggle is in the on position.
Step 4: Click on the 'Add a Service Account User' button.
Step 4: Create a new service account user as follows:
Name: Ad Lightning
Role: Executive
For GAM 360 users there is one more step, below. However, if you're using GAM for Small Business, you're all set at this point!
Step 5: If you have GAM 360, navigate to 'Admin > Access & authorization > Teams' and make sure that the Ad Lightning account is assigned to the 'All Entities' team so that we are able to access DFP entities such as companies, orders, line items, etc.
Once access is granted, please reach out to your Ad Lightning account manager so they can complete the sync on their end.
